The course will be conducted by fully trained meditation teacher and qualified naturopath Bridget Young.

Bridget has been learning and practicing meditation for the past 15 years. She has been taught by masters in Nepal and India as well as receiving training with the Gawler Foundation and Chenrizig Institute in Australia. Bridget is very passionate about the benefits of meditation and enjoys empowering you on your personal journey
